Benjamin Sears is international teacher cited as “a master” by Yoga Journal. In 2007 he opened LUXYOGA, a legendary retreat center in the South of France, and now leads Sacred Geometry Teacher Trainings. He draws upon empathy, experience, and his studies of Forrest, Katonah, Dharma Mittra, Ashtanga and Bikram Yoga as well as meditation and movement modalities including the Ido Portal Method to teach what works. His signature practice, Sacred Geometry Vinyasa, uses the proportions of the body as a map to the postures, a compass for meditation, and represents an ever-evolving integration of Yogic tradition with modern physcal culture & knowledge.
